Vancouver, BC Canada - "Musical Theater Workshop & Audition Technique"

A fun and extremely informative workshop where the student will receive group and individual instruction in song, scene work and dance for Broadway. Learn the correct skills to audition effectively in all the required facets and how to build upon the skills you leave with. You will also learn how to form your resumé acquire an agent, and work in the States or abroad. Please bring all your questions about musical theater! The workshop is designed by award-winning performer and choreographer Lisa Stevens who has worked in the West End, Broadway, television and film, and who frequently returns to her hometown of Vancouver to audition performers in theater and film. The workshop will conclude with a Showcase for directors from local professional theaters such The Arts Club and/or The Playhouse...future employers. We will also be visited by an agent in a top talent agency in Vancouver.
