When sending in your registration, both the Convention Registration Form and the Scholarship & Awards Competition forms must be completed and sent in together. If you are applying for a Fast Track Session, the application form MUST INCLUDE ALL REQUIRED MATERIAL AND BE SENT SEPARATELY.
Remember to print out the entire PDF, and fill out the relevant forms for each activity.
