Favorite choreography credits include The National U.S. Tour of Dolly Parton's 9 TO 5, world premier productions of DISNEY'S HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL 1 and DISNEY'S HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL 2, including London's West End, the US, UK, Australia, Spain, Italy, and Japanese companies; THE FIRST WIVES CLUB at the Old Globe; DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS at Theater Calgary (Betty Mitchell Award for Most Outstanding Musical Production), and THE 25TH ANNUAL PUTNAM COUNTY SPELLING BEE (Betty Mitchell Award for Most Outstanding Musical Production). Favorite choreographic productions have been The 2010 Olympics Victory Ceremonies, The National U.S. Tour of BOMBAY DREAMS, and it's West End and Broadway runs, NYMF's COMMON GROUNDS (Excellence in Direction and Choreography Award), BOLLYWOOD COWBOY for Fashion Cares, and the film DIARY OF A WIMPY KID 2. In Canada, credits include FIDDLER ON THE ROOF (Jessie Richardson Award for Outstanding Artistic Achievement), HELLO DOLLY! (Jessie Richardson Nomination), CABARET, THE MUSIC MAN, JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR, GUYS & DOLLS and URINETOWN. Television/Film credits include THE SWINGING NUTCRACKER, THE ROYAL VARIETY PERFORMANCE for Her Majesty The Queen, BBC's TOP OF THE POPS and THE SMASH HIT AWARDS in London, MACY'S THANKSGIVING DAY PARADE, REGIS & KELLY. As a diversified performer, Lisa brings her experiences and education to her choreography. Having trained classically at the Royal Winnipeg Ballet School in Canada, she facilitated her training with Graham and Cunningham. Influenced by Fosse and Jack Cole, her technique and style brought her to London, England where she performed in the original West End cast of CHICAGO and then BOMBAY DREAMS. While in England, Lisa performed in the films PHANTOM OF THE OPERA and JOSEPH & HIS AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT and was a back-up singer for POP IDOL (pre-cursor to American Idol). She has performed for Her Majesty the Queen, performed alongside Shirley Bassey and Tom Jones, and infiltrated the music video world by fusing hip hop with Fosse. After 8 years in London, Lisa moved to New York and took on the role of Associate Choreographer for BOMBAY DREAMS on Broadway, then consequently took over as choreographer for its U.S. Tour.
